Welcome to Mrs. von Behren's home!  No, I didn't forget the word "page."  My classroom, and all its electronic parts ARE my home.  I'm here (awake) more than I am anywhere else!  My intention here is to host an easy, password-free website where students, parents, grandparents, and friends can all gather and peek into what happens in my room at school!  Bookmark the homepage and use the links to visit your area of interest!

Please remember a couple of constants in my classroom:

     All students must enter the classroom ready for instruction.  This means that they must always have their planner, their notebook, pens, and whatever novel they are currently reading (I call this their "Independent Reading Book").  If there is anything else they will need that day, I will post it on my doorway.  There is frequently a Preparedness Quiz, a straight percentage of how many of the required items thay have out of the posted requirements.  

     There is a Reading Log & a Book Report due every month.  For more specific information, visit the "Homework" page.
